About Me

I help clients to achieve their goals by providing high-quality scientific writing, scientific editing, and consulting services. With a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and postdoctoral research training in Brain and Cognitive Sciences, I have a strong technical background. I bring more than 15 years of experience in scientific writing and editing to my work with organizational and individual clients.

My areas of specialization include developmental editing of textbooks for the higher education market, grant proposal writing and editing, writing and editing of scientific articles and reports, and program development. I have contributed to the development of textbooks and textbook supplements for the higher education market as a writer, development editor, and scientific content reviewer for publishers such as Oxford University Press. Furthermore, I have contributed to the development of a broad spectrum of successfully funded grant proposals, ranging from single-investigator proposals to highly complex multi-institutional proposals. I am highly experienced in writing and editing scientific articles, reports, and presentations, as well as in consulting on program development.

By integrating my extensive technical background with my writing, editing, and consulting skills, I offer clients a very strong, unique skill set to meet their specific project needs. I enjoy working with clients to communicate science clearly and effectively.
